1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a room or using the services of Varaha Swamy Rest House ("we", "us", "the rest house"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a booking with us.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may be arranged on request.

3. Identity Proof

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport) at the time of check-in. Rooms will not be allotted without valid identification, as per standard hospitality and local guidelines.

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made by calling us or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 98137 19402. An advance payment may be requested to confirm certain bookings, particularly during peak pilgrimage season. The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in unless agreed otherwise.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decency and respect towards staff and other guests.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activity are strictly not permitted on the premises.
• Any damage caused to rest house property by a guest will be chargeable at actual replacement/repair cost.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest found violating these terms.

6. Occupancy

Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit as displayed on our Room Packages page. Additional guests beyond the stated limit may not be accommodated, or may attract extra charges as applicable.

7. Liability

Varaha Swamy Rest House is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings of guests during their stay. Guests are advised to take reasonable care of their valuables. Use of any facility on the premises is at the guest's own risk.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
